Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear Kicks-off its Annual Summer Internship Program

Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear announced the induction of five university students in its annual summer internship program, which provides university students the opportunity to gain on-job training experience to support and compliment their education in the practical field. The program forms part of Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear’s on-going corporate social responsibility efforts, and reflects the commitment and vision of Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear towards the various segments of the Bahrain’s society.

Throughout the program, students will earn valuable on-job experience by serving in different departments such as Trading Operation, Marketing & Business Development, Financial & Accounting Affairs and Bahrain Clear, with the goal of enhancing theoretical knowledge gained throughout university with practical on-job training.

Participating university students were selected based on their academic performance in banking, finance and economics field, in which participating students were allocated to various projects and responsibilities relevant to their academic field to help them meet work experience requirements of their Bachelor’s degree as part of their graduation prerequisite as well as encourage students to consider careers within the capital markets sector.
